Our Policies

Our goal is to serve you with high quality products at competitive prices and back it up with extraordinary service. With that in mind, please make note of our policies. They are designed to make you a happy customer and keep us in business. Most exchanges and/or refund issues can usually be settled by phone. Let’s talk!

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Bank Wire (call for details). Items may be returned for a full refund, minus all shipping costs involved in the transaction within 48 hours of receipt if the customer is not satisfied with the item. Items must be returned in original packing materials and shipped by the same carrier they were originally shipped with. Items must be insured at customers’ expense for full amount of original purchase price.

All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number clearly posted on the package. An RA number must be obtained by phone or email from the store prior to returning merchandise. Items without an RA number will be refused and returned to the customer.

Final decisions regarding returns/exchanges rest with the management of Omega Dental Systems, Inc.. Any damage claims must be reported to Omega Dental Systems, Inc. within 24 hours of detection. Insurance claims take time. Please be patient.
